0.2.2 is out!

I'm making the text more new-comers-friendly, i.e. making it not feel you're missing something when reading for the first time. That includes:

• removing the mentions to unpublished content about the D-6742 universe
• adding the rules from DURF that weren't changed by the module
• fixing some name mentioning and other minor fixes
